On your completed Direct Deposit & Pre-authorized Payment Confirmation form, it’s important that you input the right account number, or your direct deposit or payment might

It's almost the same as your online banking number, but isn't

Your account number is almost the same as the number you use to login to your MemberDirect Online Banking. If you use 12345000 to login, then you’re two (2) numbers away from knowing your account number.

How to find your chequing or savings number

If you don’t know your chequing or savings number by memory, you can get it in MemberDirect Online Banking or by contacting Advance Savings by phone or email.

In MemberDirect Online Banking, you can find it in your Account Summary. It’s the last two (2) digits after your account name. Typically, your chequing is 10 or your savings is 20.
